Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At LeadDrop, we stand by the quality of our service and the results we promise. That said, we do have a strict refund policy in place:

  • Trial Plan ($297): You are eligible for a refund only if we fail to deliver a minimum of 3 qualified leads within 7 days.

  • Monthly Plan ($997): You are eligible for a refund only if we fail to deliver at least 8 qualified leads within the billing cycle.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for your ability to close the leads we provide. Our guarantee is based solely on lead delivery, not sales outcomes.

  • If work has already begun and we’ve incurred costs on your project (e.g., freelance work, tools, data), any refund issued will be partial and will subtract those expenses.

    Example: If you paid $297 and we’ve already spent $50 on your campaign, the maximum refund will be $247.

We aim to be fair and transparent, while protecting the time and effort we put into each campaign. By working with us, you agree to this policy.
